Alberta is holding millions of dollars in unclaimed property such as uncashed cheques, utility deposits, bonds and matured life insurance policies.
Alberta Treasury Board and Finance, Tax and Revenue Administration, is looking for Albertans and former Albertans who have lost track of their personal or business property. More than 850 people have claimed over $1.4 million since spring 2010.
