Within 90 days from the date of the Alberta (re)assessment, (re)determination, or notification.

File a separate notice of objection for each period to which you wish to object. See related Information Circulars:

REQUEST FOR EXTENSION of time to file a notice of objection:

No prescribed form.  Refer to Information Circulars.
Within one year of the expiration of the normal 90-day period for filing an objection. See related Information Circulars above.
